Just returned from my stay at Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside and had a mixed experience. the main tower rooms were modern and spacious, while the older rooms at the back were a bit outdated but clean and conveniently located near the pool and restaurant. the staff was friendly and the breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a pleasant sit-down meal. Although the property showed its age, it was well-maintained and clean. However, the lack of housekeeping response to a broken mirror and minimal toiletries left something to be desired for the price point. the location, just steps from the waterfront and a short distance from popular attractions, was a definite plus. The on-site dining options, including Bayside Bar with its classic American fare, were convenient and satisfying. Despite a few hiccups, the Holiday Inn San Diego Bayside proved to be a decent choice for a stay in Point Loma.
